Flying Unicorns Oct OTP ( Off the Page and Altered) - Coffin

Welcome to the Spookiest Month of the Year at the Flying Unicorns - October!  

This is the month that pretty gets set aside and all things creepy come out.

Flying Unicorns  main kit is never complete without an off the page project to get you creatively thinking outside the page! Our off the page is spooktacular with a wood coffin and a masquerade mask. 

I chose to use the coffin as my first "off the Page Project" - the mask will be featured on a different day so stay tuned.

Here is  a different view.  I am providing a bunch of views because, well, such a spooky fun creation cannot be adequately captured in a shot or two. There are a whole lot of fun details here.  Some metal adornments from the Flying Unicorn Store to large Prima flowers and 2Crafty Chipboard. 

This was way too much fun to make - tucking little goodies here and there and inking the an eerie shade of goblin green and purple.

The Skeleton was purchased from a Halloween store and he fit inside his new home rather nicely.   

I think he's looking rather dapper with his metallic eyeballs,his happy grin and his heart on his chest.  Big question still remains...who will get the key to his heart?
